Program/ Course as a participant.
I understand that the entire course content and/or knowledge and/or techniques which will be disclosed to me, are of Propriety nature and the Intellectual Property Rights of the same are vested with the Touchbeam Enlightenment Systems Private Limited.
I undertake that as a receiving party of the course content and/or knowledge and/or techniques, I shall not disclose in whole or in part, any of the aforesaid course content and/or knowledge and/or techniques to any other person.
Whatever is disclosed to me during USP Mahopeksha Program/ Course, shall be used solely by me for my own benefit, and I shall neither disseminate the same, not utilize it for anyone else’s benefit without the express permission of Touchbeam Enlightenment Systems Private Limited.
